Voban is a virtual assistant developed for Vojvođanska Bank, designed to enhance customer interaction and support. By scanning a Vojvođanska Bank card with a mobile camera, users can access detailed explanations of administrative procedures in Serbian, English, and Hungarian. Among Voban's features is a geolocation-based discount locator and the capability to schedule meetings with the bank. The development of Voban utilized advanced technologies including face and motion tracking to capture the assistant's movements accurately, and it is available as a mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms. Vojvođanska Bank introduced the Voban Assistant at a corporate event in Budapest, Hungary, showcasing the technology through Microsoft Hololens for an immersive interaction experience with the virtual assistant.
