Delta Agrar Event Apple Day

Project information

Immersive tech showcases apple varieties, blending touch consoles, VR, and AR for a hands-on educational journey.

Description

Imagine visitors entering a room with 4 multi-touch consoles, two VR installations, a gear VR setup, and Augmented Reality applications, all designed to facilitate interactive learning about an array of products. Together with the company Delta Agrar we did exactly that.

Every variety of apple cultivated by the client has its own interactive console and video introduction. Visitors could take a nearby apple from the cart, place it onto a console, and explore information about that specific type. If they liked it, they could even arrange multiple apples for further engagement.

After experiencing the apples firsthand and learning about the four different varieties, visitors could walk towards the Gear VR corner. There, they could virtually wander through the fields where the apples were harvested, gaining a 360-degree view of the quality control and picking processes.

Upon growing tired of the outdoor virtual exploration, visitors could have another apple, pick up an iPad, and observe the Augmented Reality exhibition unfolding before them.
